Hi my name is Chris and I am the president of Nature Coast Exotics Inc. I have been messing with animals all my life and over 10 years as a full time business. Threw out the years we have came a long way in learning what works and what doesn't! There was a time we had full time employees that answered the phone and answered your questions. Between bad information being given out and personal use of the phone on my dime. I had to stop that! Then we went to letting the customer leave a voice mail and I would call them back... That worked for a while but as our company grew I had less and less time to return the phone calls... Leaving some calls not returned at all.. That and the fact that we are now using a mobile laptop with a air card we can cut a significant expense a month from our monthly expenses if we have the phone shut off..
I know especially on high dollar orders you might want to speak with someone before you send out money with the amount of rip offs on the web and I understand!! Just shoot us a detailed email about what your interested in and a contact number and I will call you from my cell phone. So the bottom line is we are no longer listing our phone number on the website!! I answer email pretty fast usually within 24 hours.. The purchase of a pet is a commitment and should not be a rush decision anyway... If your interested in the best quality and healthiest animals on the net then send us a email and let us reply...
